The survey was designed to better understand how real estate portfolios are managed, what business needs are being met, and how the industry plans for future real estate investments.The survey finds property managers and asset owners need real-time operational awareness of spaces and building conditions. To manage indoor spaces, investors, tenants, and property managers rely on out-of-date blueprints and well-meaning staff to guide visitors and trades. Increasingly, there is a need to visualise everything inside a building – from security to maintenance to moving of equipment and people.
