December – Winners of the BOMA Canada TOBY Awards (presented at BOMEX®) may be eligible to compete in the BOMA International Awards. Only one building in each category will be eligible to enter the International competition. Winners are asked to submit a secondary Registration form acknowledging their intent to enter the International competition.

January – April – Eligible National winners who have acknowledged their intent to continue to International competition with BOMA Canada will have their names forwarded to BOMA International. Entrants will be allowed to access their existing online entries for updating prior to International consideration. Entrants are reminded to include evidence of a valid BOMA BEST^® certification.

May – Judging at the International level will occur.

June/July – International winners presented at BOMA International’s Annual Conference.
