Recognizing Success and Celebration Across the Industry

BOMA Awards

BOMA Canada recognizes excellence in the Canadian commercial real estate industry through its prestigious National Awards Program.

The annual awards cycle consists of three levels. Competition begins at the BOMA local association level with qualified entries advancing on to the national level and finally, qualified national winners advancing to the international level. Building inspections take place at the local level of competition to ensure the entry meets the eligibility/category requirements and each BOMA local association may submit only one building in each award category to the national competition.

BOMA BEST Awards

BOMA BEST Prestige and Spotlight awards celebrate outstanding sustainability achievement.

BOMA 360

BOMA 360 Performance Program distinction—the most comprehensive and holistic evaluation of operational and management practices.

TOBY^® Awards

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate.

Pinnacle Awards

Recognizing role model companies that demonstrate standards of excellence to which all BOMA members and their employees should aspire to.

Chair's Award

The BOMA Canada Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Challenge Award recognizes the highest scoring BOMA member building rated for accessibility using the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification program.

Accessibility Challenge Award

BOMA Canada’s Member of the Year Award honours a member of a local association who has demonstrated leadership, initiative, and/or service to the commercial real estate community.

Emerging Leaders Award

BOMA Canada’s Emerging Leader Award is presented to individuals 35 years of age or younger who have significantly contributed to their organization and/or the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Member of the Year Award

BOMA Canada’s Member of the Year Award honours a member of a local association who has demonstrated leadership, initiative, and/or service to the commercial real estate community.

Sustainability Champion Award

The Elaina Tattersdale Sustainability Champion Award acknowledges the outstanding efforts and achievements of the “unsung heroes” who are championing sustainability at any level within their organization and/or across the commercial real estate community.
