The BOMA Canada Chief Staff Officers Council (CSOC) brings together the CEOs of BOMA Canada’s Local Associations from across the country, giving the national federation a forum in which its most senior national and local professional leaders can build a stronger network. Chaired by the BOMA Canada President and CEO, the Council serves three key purposes:

1. Coordination: The CSOC is the coordinating body of BOMA’s federated partners, driving operational and programmatic alignment and ensuring that BOMA’s constituent parts deliver consistent value to our diverse, grassroots membership. 
2. Collaboration: The CSOC is the venue where BOMA’s seniormost professional leadership come together to breakdown geographic barriers, share best practices and work together to advance our common mission. 
3. Connection: The CSOC provides the CEOs of the Local Associations space for peer-to-peer exchange — comparing notes and learning from one another’s experience, with a view to strengthening the key relationships which buttress the federation.
