BOMA Canada Welcomes New Chair

BOMA Canada welcomes its new Chair – Anne Marie Guèvremont, duly elected by the Board of Directors during the association’s annual conference BOMEX, September 27-29, 2017, in Toronto, Ontario.

Ms Guèvremont has been a member of the BOMA Québec Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for more than 15 years, during which she held several positions such as Treasurer, First Vice-President, President and now past as Governor of the association.  She is currently director of property management, Québec and Atlantic provinces with GWL Realty Advisors, a firm she joined in June 2013.  With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector Anne Marie holds a real estate licence as well as CPM and RPA designations awarded respectively by IREM and BOMI.  A past member of the BOMI Canada Board of Directors, the nationwide Building Owners and Managers Institute Ms. Guevremont also held officer positions of Secretary-Treasurer and Vice-Chair on the BOMA Canada board prior to being named its Chair.  The new Chair’s one year term will expire at next year’s BOMEX event in Calgary, Albert, October 1-3, 2017.
