Bentall Kennedy First To Certify BOMA BEST South of the Boarder

BOMA BEST has officially gone international with 16 Bentall Kennedy buildings being certified in the U.S. Totalling 3,380,559 square feet, these buildings are primarily Industrial space located in California and New Jersey. Bentall Kennedy also certified five of its American offices under the new BOMA BEST “Sustainable Workplaces” program.

We recognize green certified buildings are generally more efficient, contributing to a reduction in operating costs, environmental impact, and an improved tenant experience.
