BOMA Canada National Awards Program

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada National Awards Program recognizing excellence in the Canadian commercial real estate industry through its TOBY®EarthPinnacle and Chair’s awards.

The annual awards cycle consists of three levels. Competition begins at the BOMA local association level with qualified entries advancing on to the national level and finally, qualified national winners advancing to the international level. Building inspections take place at the local level of competition to ensure the entry meets the eligiblity/category requirements and each BOMA local association may submit only one building in each award category to the national competition.

In Canada the BOMA Certificate of Excellence Program (COE) is available as a feeder program for BOMA Canada/BOMA International’s Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards.  Certification is based on meeting a minimum point score (70%) using the BOMA International TOBY requirements and must be renewed every three years.   PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL BOMA ASSOCIATION FOR AVAILABILITY, REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND DEADLINES.
